The Wish List is looking for guests for its 2026 schedule!
NOMINATE SOMEONE DESERVING:
Nominate a guest to receive a wish. Do you know someone with a heartfelt story who has faced adversity due to unforeseen events beyond their control? Their circumstances might include homelessness, a death in the family, job loss, a catastrophic injury, a serious illness, or any other obstacle life has presented. Perhaps the person you have in mind has made personal sacrifices for others; if you could grant this person their biggest wish, would it change their life forever?
BEFORE APPLY PLEASE NOTE:
Although we have opened the application process to anyone 14 years or older, if you are under 18, you MUST have your parent or legal guardian complete the online application for you.
IMPORTANT:
Both applications will prompt you to upload at least one photo, so please have something saved to your desktop before starting.
You will be asked to upload a video submission as well. You can record your video beforehand and upload it directly or record it “on the fly” from your computer during the application. Please check out VIDEO TIPS before starting.

Eligibility Requirements. I acknowledge and understand that I must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Program, and I represent and warrant that I fulfill each of the following (“Eligibility Requirements”):
1.2 I must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident with the unrestricted right to work in the United States;
1.3 I must not be seeking public office and agree not to do so until at least one (1) year after the initial airing of the episodes I appear in, if selected;
1.4 I have never been convicted of a felony;
1.5 Neither I nor any of my immediate family members (defined as spouse, ex-spouse, domestic partner, parents, siblings, children, step-children, regardless of where they live) or household members (whether related or not), whether or not they are also applying, have been, within the past two (2) years, employees, directors, officers, members, agents, or representatives of:
- 1.5.1 Jibzee, Inc., Jibzee Media Company (“JMP”), Cosmotro Productions, Inc. (“CP”), or any entity involved in the development, production, distribution, or exploitation of the Program;
- 1.5.2 the television network airing the Program or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities, including broadcast, cable, film, and digital businesses;
- 1.5.3 any sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or
- 1.5.4 any entity providing goods, services, or prizes to the Program.
1.6 If I or anyone in my immediate family or household has a relationship with any of the above, I have listed all such relationships below. If none, write “None.”
1.7 All eligibility decisions will be made solely by Producer (see Paragraph 5 below) at their complete discretion and are final. Producer may change the Eligibility Requirements at any time.
1.8 However, Producer and/or Network reserves the right to allow any person involved in the Program—regardless of their connections to the entities listed above—if Producer and/or Network believes that this will not compromise the integrity of the Program.
