1. Overview
This is the Privacy Policy of Jibzee, Inc., d/b/a Jibzee Media Company, d/b/a Jibzee Streaming (“Jibzee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Jibzee provides an online platform (the “Jibzee Streaming Service” or “our Service”) that allows video content owners and licensors (each a “Producer”) to offer their video programming to consumers via Producer-branded websites and applications (each set of Producer-branded sites and apps, a “Producer Channel”).
Consumers: In order to access a Producer Channel, a consumer (“you”) must create an account with the applicable Producer. By creating an account, you agree to provide the Producer and Jibzee with certain personal information. When Jibzee collects, stores, and processes that information, it does so solely on behalf of the applicable Producer and at its direction to, among other things, allow the Producer to provide you with the applicable Producer Channel. In general, Jibzee serves as a “processor” (or “service provider” under the CCPA) to the Producer, and the Producer is the “controller” (or “business” under the CCPA) of your information, as those terms are defined under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”
Producers: This Privacy Policy does not apply to Producers. Instead, the Jibzee Privacy Policy, available at https://jibzee.com/privacy, applies to Producers.
Acceptance: By using our Service, including any Producer Channel, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law (such as updating the “Last Updated” date above or providing more prominent notice). Your continued use of our Service constitutes your agreement to any updated Privacy Policy on a prospective basis.
2. Account Security
We use commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of the information under our control. Please be advised, however, that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent all disruptions or unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for (a) maintaining the security of your account(s) and (b) all activity that occurs under your account(s). You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account(s). If you forget your account login information, you may request that we send it to the email address associated with your account(s).
3. Information We Collect
Consumer Information
Jibzee and individual Producers may jointly collect information from and about you, such as:

- Your purchase and free-trial sign-up history;
- Your Producer Channel usage history;
- Traffic source (e.g., how you found the Producer Channel); and
Your general geographic location (based upon IP address).
Payment Information:
If you make a purchase or sign up for a free trial through the Jibzee Streaming Service, you must provide valid payment card information. This information is collected directly by our PCI DSS-compliant payment vendors and is not received, stored, processed, or transmitted by Jibzee or any Producer. Because Jibzee does not directly handle cardholder data, our processing environment is designed to remain outside the scope of full PCI DSS assessment see SAQ-A; this determination should be confirmed with your acquiring bank or payment processor.
Information Collected Automatically: Jibzee collects information about your use of our websites and applications. This may include your activities, your IP address, location information, your browser type, your Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, your operating system or device type, date/time stamps, and related metadata.
Additional Producer Collection of Information: A Producer may collect and/or process personal information entirely outside of the Jibzee Streaming Service. Any processing of your personal information by a Producer that takes place outside of the Jibzee Streaming Service is not addressed by this Policy and is governed exclusively by that Producer’s own privacy policy.
Comments and Voluntary Submissions: You may choose to post a comment or participate in a forum, where available. This information will be available to the public. You may also choose to provide other information about yourself in connection with surveys, contests, special offers, customer support inquiries, and other communications with us.
4. Tracking Technologies and Third-Party Data Collection
Tracking Technologies: Producers use standard tracking technologies such as pixels and cookies to track user activity on each Producer Channel. For more information about cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.
Third-Party Platforms: When you use an application that runs on a third-party platform (e.g., iOS, Roku, Android, etc.), the provider of that third-party platform may separately collect information about you and your use of our application, subject to that platform’s own privacy practices.
Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Service does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
Analytics and Advertising:
We use third-party analytics services to collect data about usage of our Service. A Producer may allow third-party advertising companies (including advertising agencies, networks, and delivery vendors) to collect data regarding advertisements placed on our websites or apps. Third-party analytics providers and advertising companies may use cookies and similar technologies to track your activities across services over time.

You may change your account information or close your account(s) at any time by logging in and selecting account settings. If you close an account, you may lose access to video programming you have purchased. We may preserve your account information (i) for a limited period in case of accidental deletion or in case you change your mind, and (ii) where we believe in good faith that preservation is required by law or necessary to enforce our rights. [INSERT: specific retention period(s), e.g., “for up to X days/months following account closure.”]
The rights described below apply to the extent the relevant Producer is subject to the GDPR (for EEA and UK users) and/or the CCPA (for California users).
EEA Users: If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: opt out of certain cookies (see our Cookie Policy); access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data; be forgotten; and receive your data in a portable format. We enable the exercise of most of these rights directly through the Jibzee Streaming Service.
Legal basis for processing: We and the relevant Producer process your personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable: performance of a contract with you (e.g., to provide the Service you signed up for), our or the Producer’s legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, service improvement), compliance with a legal obligation, and, where required, your consent (e.g., for certain cookies or marketing).
International data transfers: Where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection (including the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and, for UK transfers, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) or another valid transfer mechanism.
If you require assistance or have a request not presently covered by our product features, please contact our Data Protection Officer. We may request additional information to verify your identity and fulfill your request, and may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. UK-based users will be afforded the same rights available to EEA users.
California Users:
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we (or the relevant Producer) have collected about you, and the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved;
- Request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising); and
- Limit the use and disclosure of “sensitive personal information” (such as precise geolocation), where applicable.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To submit a request, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below or contact@jibzee.com. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where technically feasible.
Nevada Users: Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain “covered information” collected by operators of websites or online services. We do not currently sell covered information as “sale” is defined under Nevada law, and we do not have plans to do so. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
