Content Curation & Archival Notice

Jibzee operates as both a digital streaming network and a curated media archive. To provide our members with a diverse, historically significant, and artistically rich library, our catalog balances proprietary original productions with carefully vetted independent films, open-distribution Creative Commons media, and preserved global public domain works. All materials are hosted in full compliance with international copyright standards.

1.  Original Works: Content created internally, owned exclusively by Jibzee, Inc., with all rights reserved.

2. Licensed Independent Media: Independent films and videos distributed under explicit, legally binding licensing agreements signed directly with the respective copyright owners or authorized distributors.

 3. Creative Commons (CC BY-SA): Content utilized in strict accordance with Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licenses, with appropriate attribution and open-distribution guidelines maintained.

4.  Public Domain: Classic films and archival footage that have entered the public domain globally, free from active copyright restrictions.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

Jibzee respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any material hosted or streamed on our platform infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

How to File a Takedown Notice:
To be legally effective under the DMCA, your notice must be sent in writing to legal@jibzee.com and include the following information:

  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of Material: The specific URL, title, or location on our site of the material you want removed, with enough detail so we can find it.
  4. Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

 

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Jibzee will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the contested material and will notify the user or content provider responsible for the upload.
