Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Jibzee, Inc., d/b/a Jibzee Media Company, d/b/a Jibzee Streaming (“Jibzee,” “we,” or “us”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on Jibzee’s embeddable video players and the websites and applications (“apps”) it hosts on behalf of its content sellers (“Producers”). This Cookie Policy forms part of the Jibzee Streaming Privacy Policy

Where required by law (including for users in the EEA and UK), we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device, as described below. By continuing to use our services after making your cookie choices (or, where consent is not legally required, by using our services), you agree to the placement and use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy.

 1.  Cookie Basics

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser that allows Jibzee or a third party to recognize you using a unique identifier.

Who Sets Them: First-party cookies are set by Jibzee. Third-party cookies are set by companies other than Jibzee, such as analytics providers and advertisers.

What They Do: “Strictly necessary” (essential) cookies enable core functionality of the services we offer, such as keeping you logged in or remembering items in your cart, and generally do not require your consent because our services cannot function properly without them. “Non-essential” cookies help us understand how our services are being used (i.e., analytics) and deliver advertisements, and require your consent where required by law. Some non-essential cookies may track you across multiple websites you visit (including ones not operated by us) to help deliver advertisements that may be relevant to you.

How Long They Last: Cookies may be either “session” or “persistent.” A session cookie expires (i.e., is deleted) when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains until it expires or you delete it via your browser settings. Expiration dates are set in the cookies themselves and may vary in length, depending on the purpose of the cookie.

 2.  Cookies Found on Jibzee OTT Services

We use all types of cookies in our web-based services. Our websites include https://Jibzee.com/ and the sites that we host on behalf of Producers (“Producer Sites”).

Cookies Inventory

The table below identifies the categories of cookies we and our partners use

  • Strictly Necessary: Jibzee OTT (first-party) duration of visit and Login Sessions
    • Purpose: maintaining login session, remembering language/volume settings, watch list and favorites.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (third-party) duration of visit and Login Sessions
    • Purpose: measuring usage of the Service.
  • Advertising: Google DoubleClick for Publishers (third-party) duration of advertisement plays and clicks
    • Purpose: delivering and measuring relevant advertising, potentially across sites.

Producer Sites

When you visit a Producer Site, Jibzee and third parties authorized by Jibzee, the Producer, or both, will set cookies in your browser, subject to your consent choices where required by law. Jibzee sets first-party, strictly necessary cookies to enable certain features and remember your preferences — for example, cookies keep you logged in, allow you to purchase items, and maintain your language and volume settings. Third parties set cookies for both essential and non-essential purposes, including analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising (e.g., Google DoubleClick for Publishers). Third-party cookies may differ among Producer Sites depending on a number of factors, including whether the Producer has enabled advertising and which analytics providers are being used.

Producer Apps

Producer apps do not use browser cookies but may use tracking technologies to, for example, authenticate you as a registered user, allow you to use the app’s features, and help the Producer understand how the app is being used. Where such tracking technologies are used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes, we (or the Producer, as applicable) will request your consent through the applicable platform’s tracking-permission framework (for example, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS) before such tracking occurs. Tracking that is strictly necessary for the app to function (such as authenticating your account) is not subject to this consent requirement. You may withdraw consent to non-essential app tracking at any time through your device’s privacy settings, or you may delete the app and use the web version instead.

Jibzee Streaming Video Player

Jibzee’s embeddable video player uses first-party cookies that we consider strictly necessary to the video player experience. Please note that a third-party website embedding our player may place cookies of its own. We have no control over third-party websites or the cookies they set.

3.  Changing Your Cookie Preferences

You may limit the cookies set in your browser or device by taking the steps described below. Note that declining non-essential cookies may impact certain features of our services (for example, personalized recommendations or relevant advertising), but will not prevent you from using core functionality.

Cookie Preference Center

Where required by law, we will honor your preferences, remember your choice for future visits, and re-request your consent periodically at least every 12 months or whenever we introduce new categories of non-essential cookies

Browser Settings

You may change your browser’s settings to delete cookies that have already been set and to reject new cookies. To learn more, visit the help pages of your browser:

You may also visit our sites in your browser’s “private” or “incognito” mode, in which case cookies will be set but deleted when you close your browser.

EEA and UK Users — Cookie Consent

Where you are located in the EEA or UK, we will not set non-essential cookies until you provide consent through our cookie banner or preference center. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the preference center referenced above, or through your browser settings. Upon withdrawing consent, we will, to the extent technically possible, delete any non-essential first-party cookies already placed in your browser and will remember your preference for future visits. Please review your browser settings to remove third-party cookies directly, as we cannot always control cookies set by third parties.

California Users — Do Not Sell or Share

Cookies used for advertising purposes may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). If you are a California resident, you may opt out of this use of cookies by [INSERT: “clicking ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ in our footer” or equivalent mechanism]. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request from browsers or extensions that support it, where technically feasible.

Third-Party Advertising Opt-Outs

Certain third parties provide ways to opt out of advertising cookies across multiple sites. You can learn more by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.aboutads.info). There are also third-party plug-ins and apps that help manage cookies.

Google Cookies

Google provides ways to manage or opt out of certain of its advertising cookies (https://adssettings.google.com) and analytics cookies (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You may read Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/.

4.  Similar Technologies

We use technologies that resemble cookies to help track user activities and preferences. For example, we may use web beacons (tiny graphics with a unique identifier embedded on web pages or emails) to track your activities and communicate with cookies. You cannot separately opt out of web beacons used on web pages, but you can limit their effectiveness by declining the cookies they interact with through the preference center described above. You can opt out of web beacons used in emails by setting your email client to render emails in text mode only.
